Wonderful experience with R&R

The telephone debt advisors are excellent. They all speak clearly so you can understand them. They're friendly, always using your first name which makes it more personal and they sound sincere like they're really interested in you and your query. They are a good example and would put most call centres to shame. Our debt advisor was a lovely man, he put us at our ease and explained everything to us clearly. He was friendly and patient, understanding and empathetic, the administration staff have always been friendly and efficient. Overall we have had a wonderful experience with R&R. We had no where to turn since my husband was involved in an accident at work, basically we lost his income, we called the creditors to try and explain they just didn’t want to know they spoke to us like we were scum, we had never missed a payment until the accident and after calling yourselves and having a full review of our situation we can now see light at the end of the tunnel.
